About the gîte
160 m² self-contained gîte spread over two floors, situated on the edge of a road with little traffic. Once through the gates, you'll discover a carefully renovated house decorated in a unique style with Cuban accents. Warm, comfortable and fully equipped, this is the ideal place to stay with family or friends.
Espace « Tilleul » :
Ground floor :
- Large open-plan room with fitted kitchen, living room and dining room.
- A master suite comprising a small lounge (with sofa bed for 2), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with three single beds (90 cm)
- 1 shower room with WC
Espace « Lavande » - Studio :
The studio is accessed via an outside staircase leading to a flower-filled balcony overlooking a lavender field.

Outside areas: 1 hectare of greenery
Part closed with hanging area, playground (bowls alley, trampoline, swing, volleyball court), comprising :
- Swimming pool (10x5m), unheated, equipped with bubble cover and alarm, extended by relaxation area with pergola and shade.
- Terrace at pool level with outdoor kitchen and charcoal barbecue (tables for 12 people)
- Garden-level terrace with pergola (table for 6)
Free part (access via 3 gates), which includes a meadow with a football pitch, small riverside paths and small river beaches (hammocks above the water).
Practical information
- Wifi + good 4G coverage, ideal for teleworking.
- During the warmer months, heating is provided by a pellet stove in the large living room. Additional heating for the bedrooms in “la menuiserie”. Heating in every room in the small studio.
- Fenced grounds, pets welcome (extra charge). Please state this clearly when booking.
Passenger access
Sheltered parking for two cars at the entrance to the site. If required, sufficient space for more cars, camper vans, etc.
The house and outside areas are entirely private and for the exclusive use of the tenants.
Our main residence adjoins the gîte grounds. We have a hen house and the hens roam freely in our garden. They do not enter the gîte area, so please keep the gate to the henhouse closed at all times to avoid any incidents.

Our gîte is part of an eco-responsible approach. This means reducing energy consumption, using renewable energy, eliminating plastics and using environmentally-friendly cleaning products.
We strive to maintain all the green spaces using permaculture, i.e. in harmony with the surrounding nature, by multiplying fertile interactions and using elements that fulfil several functions in order to move towards a form of self-sufficiency.
A small shared vegetable garden is at your disposal (aromatic herbs, salads, red fruits) as well as compost. We also offer fresh eggs depending on production 🙂
There is virtually no light pollution and the sky is of exceptional quality.
